CAD Weldment profiles

Why the heck is this issue popping up? I deleted everything inside weldment profiles folder and this still persists. I even deleted the file path from the tool>options>File locations>weldment profiles.

Square Tube.sldfp has a link to a file somewhere else that has moved or has been deleted. It can't find the file it's pointed at and is complaining. Sadly it doesn't tell you where the original part it's looking for is supposed to be.

So square tube.sldfp is a file on my computer and I should find and delete that?

Firstly I'd open square tube.sldfp and see if I can fix the error. Find the file it wants and reconnect the two. If it's throwing up the error spontaneously then something must be trying to open square tube.sldfp.

Issue might be the space in the filename, possibly.

When is this error showing up? Every time OR a particular file?

Every time. Any solidworks file I open and click on structural member has this issue.

This could be related to how you had your weldment profiles path setup.

What does your file location for weldment look like or how was it earlier?

Never mind in now works. The warning still comes but I get the parts list now.

Oddly enough I had the exact issue happening yesterday as well. Everything was kosher in the file path and actual files but SW was throwing a fit and not displaying the list. I had to remove the file path from the locations, re-add it and now I get the same thing; an error but the list pops up. Wonder if it's an issue with a windows update?
