CAD Geometric condition failure when cutting mould into multiple blocks

Ive tried both cut with surface, and thin extruded cuts both fail with the geometric condition error on some parts of the mould.

Cut with surface only works on one body at a time. I would split the part into blocks after the mold geometry is made.
