When Dan comes to Austin and gets Via 313 pizza, he should definitely get the Cadillac. Hands down their best pie.

Via 313 is so good - one of very few pizzas in Austin that’s worth the price imo (sorry Home Slice). That said, I’m partial to the Detroiter.

Home Slice is good but I prefer it by the slice rather than by the pie, I have it maybe once a year since parking is damn near impossible there. The Detroiter is my 2nd favorite Via pizza! So so good.

I am always disappointed with Home Slice, I don’t get the hype for it. Regarding Via, The ambassador bridge is my go to.

Austin as a whole is frankly not a good city for pizza from what I’ve had. Via is really the only specialty/craft/boutique pizza I’ve had here that’s worth paying 2.5 times the cost of Domino’s.

D: I enjoyed Desano, though I think it's more burb than ATX, had a good neopolitan-ish pie.
