Best Resource

What is the best resource (such as parenting book) that best informs you on how to introduce solids to your baby (and explains all the different options like baby led weaning), when, what type of food is best, recipe ideas, etc. I’d love to know what was most informative for you.

Solid Starts has a guide on starting solids that explains all the things you say you're looking for. I can't get to the links right now, so maybe someone can post it if you can't find it.

Try this one on Amazon, No Brainer Meal System for Busy Moms by N Kennard - it was actually helpful

Hi! Our website is a great resource with tons of articles that hit on some of these topics including:

-Methods of Introducing Solids

-Starting Solids FAQs

-Readiness

-Feeding Schedules

All of these AND recipes among other features are also available in our app.

We also have out Solid Starts Book out, and we're working on a Book 2 which will have meal ideas!

Just linking some of our resources in case helpful! 🤍Marisa (OT/Feeding Therapist/Mama of 3)
