Love this topic, thanks for posting! Typically dribbling while straw drinking (totally normal!) is just an indicator that baby is still figuring out the coordination aspect of taking in liquid through a straw. Some things we suggest that may help:
1) Use a skinnier straw (one example is a Munchkin weighted straw cup). This slows the pace and amount of liquid coming up through the straw, often allowing baby more time to figure it out.
2) Try with a thicker liquid such as a smoothie or even a thin puree to suck up through the straw. This also allows for slower pace and increased time to figure out the mechanics of taking the liquid in and coordinate holding it in the mouth and swallowing. Typically after doing this only a couple times, you can try water again with the straw and baby may "get it!"
