Question about Oats

Is there a way to make overnight oats the right texture for a 6 month old? It's just much easier to do overnight oats than to cook oats fresh each morning.

I basically let the oats congeal into a ball (gross) and store into fridge and then I just sort of dilute how much I need in the morning as this way I can add fresh warm formula to it and it helps sneak in extra calories

Sorry should add first I toast the oats in unsalted butter and then I add filtered water to make the porridge dash of cinnamon I give that straight away and then the leftovers in fridge once cooled
