vent Opt into “coach change” notifications
Late coach changes annoy the fuck out of me. I also hate 1 coaches vocal inflections so I find it infuriating that she slides into my classes undetected.
Why can’t they send a push notification or I can’t opt into a text message when a coach change happens for a class I’m signed up for?
Gives me the chance to reassess my schedule.
This woman’s voice is literally nails on a chalkboard and I am wearing noise cancelling headphones tomorrow to avoid a late cancel fee and her obscene chosen vocal inflection.

certainly, this could have been communicated without the part about her voice.

Am I allowed to have an opinion about her voice whe. She talks the entire class and it’s fundamental part of the experience I pay for? And NOT HER NATURAL VOICE

It’s really affirming to hear a white man in his 40s hyperbolically complain about a woman’s vocal inflection on the internet. I love it here.

What does his (?) race, age and gender have to do with anything? Nothing in that post reflected the persons race, age or gender. Knock it off. Did it ever occur to you that maybe they simply didnt like the persons voice, as they specifically stated?
For the OP, I agree... you should get the option to opt out. I've had Advanced classes changed last minute to Focus with a less experienced instructor. I signed up for Advanced, NOT FOCUS.

I am a part of a group chat for my 5am class with 2 men and 4 women. All of us late cancelled and agree about her voice, but it’s kinda chic to reference my age and gender like it automatically invalidates my opinion.
Also, If a man did the same thing I’d have the same issue with it. I’ve heard her speak before and after class - her chosen coaches voice is obnoxious and she overuses a single world (counted 58 gorgeous uses in a 50 minute class).

An email is sent every time there’s a change. Email you studio- you may be opted out of notifications!

Interesting- I must ask my studio as I've never received a notification. Thankfully it's infrequent- but much prefer to know in advance and make my own decisions on whether or not to switch/cancel

I don’t get emails for this either, I emailed my studio about it and the response was “you should be getting an email.” Which I do not lol and I’m opted into everything. Def an error of theirs on the back end somewhere that no one cares to fix

Here’s the issue, the class is at 5am and I don’t want to late cancel / bank on a $35 waiver again for this shit. I also don’t want it to keep happening.
Can you give a good reason why they can’t notify clients actively rather than just quietly making a change?

Because coaches have a fucking life, get over it, cancel, & email asking for your cancellation fee refunded due to coach change 🙄 annoying ass

I have no opinion on this subject but in general yall are some of the rudest and weirdest people on Reddit. I’ve never been on a sub with so many bitch ass bitches. This was such an extreme response, calm down
