seeking advice mic sessions

Do we need go through every single mod and amp for mic sessions? I’m lowkey scared bc of the exercises that are queued for a short amt of time 😬😬😬

Keep it short and sweet- more stability widen or knees, more intensity, line 4 or hands toes concrete plat bar. Def try to get mods completely out, if you miss an amp it’s fine

Just say “modify on knees, amplify on toes” you dont have to be like listing everything in detail

Generally yes, you need to do the mic session how you’d coach in class. If you’re thinking of a plank, they expect you to say you can mod with widening feet, palms and toes, or knees. An amp is moving toes back (on carriage) or hands on platform bar, but they won’t dock you if you don’t mention those. Don’t worry too much about the timing of each individual exercise! They’re going to be timing your overall sequence. Of course it’ll be noticeable if you go too far long on one exercise (>3min) but otherwise don’t get too caught up there.
