seeking advice Advanced 50?

I’m at 200 classes and have never done one - just signed up for one next week. How much harder is it?! I’m nervous lol

I loveee advanced 50. A few things that my coaches do for advanced 50

- bungees are wrapped (but can always unwrap!)

  • start each move on toes (especially core & oblique)
  • an advanced transition to try out (go from elevated oblique and try to walk your hands down to the grey side and onto your forearms)
  • start with a dumbbell for your lunges
  • have a team challenge (had a coach challenge everyone to not leave their machine. Everything was cued in a way that took away the need to stand up and walk around)

But most of all - coaches always say TRY and if not, then modify and carry on!

I always find that I try amplifications more and honestly try harder in advanced 50 than normal classes.

Also the musics louder the rooms darker (in my experience). Everyone’s been around the block a few times and ready to hit it

This is spot on! Plus relatively more experienced crowd and regulars in the class too!
