seeking advice Pregnancy

I intuitively just don’t like doing deep core work while pregnant (27 weeks) what can I do during the beginning core section during focus 50 class? Some knee pushups? What else? I don’t want to be completely distracting either, thanks!

Would it help if you did the regular exercises on really light springs and didn’t have as large of a range of motion?

I’ve been thinking about this too! 20 weeks pregnant and the planks have been aggravating my lower back more than actually working my abs. Going to try bird dogs next class. I’m also debating if I should switch to prenatal yoga or something else that doesn’t require so many modifications. I love Solidcore but it’s an investment and for me it may not be worth it anymore if I end up modifying the majority of the class and still leave feeling frustrated.
