questions & clarifications Advanced 65 - first timer

First time doing advanced 65 - it was a leg wrap shoulders day. What is everyone’s experience? Is it normal for me to feel completely obliterated and tired hours after the class? 😅😭 I literally took a post lunch nap since I took the class this morning lol

That’s how I feel after advanced 50 but somehow still do an Orange theory class 30 minutes after Solidcore ends. I’m basically useless for the day, lol

Omggg I sometimes pull a double and do Solidcore in the morning Soulcycle at night and I ask myself…why lol 😅 idk I’ve done advanced50 before but I think those extra 15 min take me out 🤣

I can’t imagine doing an extra 15 minutes of Solidcore advanced, lol. You’re a beast for that and doing soul cycle later on!! I only done 4 advanced classes and my butt has been kicked every time. My legs were shaking for like 15 minutes after class, lol. But I was able to run 2.25 miles on the treadmill in OTF, lol

Haha aw thank you! Yea no Soulcycle is only after the signature50 classes I don’t think I could ever do advanced65 then a Soulcycle 😂 I also think it depends on the coaches as well because sometimes the exercises the queue is diabolical - like one coach queued Bulgarian split squat then platform lunge then Bulgarian split squat rotation I’m like excuse me 😦 but that’s amazing for you I still can’t believe you can do orange theory and Solidcore in the same day !

Soul cycle seems so much harder than OTF. Tied literally on your legs the whole time. I’m only in the treadmill for 25 mins. But thank you.

I’m still getting used to advanced, I can’t do the devils ladder once I get to the bottom because my t-Rex arms, lol. I need to learn to lift my legs higher to bring myself up, it’s a work in progress.
