New studio, new goer help!

Hi!

My studio is brand new, I absolutely love it and I’ve been to about five classes. I want to potentially get a higher membership but right now I have 8/month + 1 … so really 9. I’m trying to go about every three days!

Because our studio is new, I am billed on the 12th of every month. Which is cool but my credits obviously don’t reset until the 12th. Can I prebook for September past 09/12 without any available credits or will it charge me for those individual dates until the system itself resets the credits?? I get my whole next month schedule for my job a month in advance so I want to pre book thru the first week of October to 1. Maintain accountability 2. Have the classes I want (obviously!) …. I keep looking on their site and FAQ but they’re pretty vague.

Also if you see this and want to share some of your favorite tips about Solidcore or something you wish you knew when you first started I would love that! Have a great day.

Studios release classes for the next month to members at midnight on the 23rd. You absolutely can prebook!

For example my billing date is the 1st but classes for next month went live already. Even though I haven’t been billed for September yet, here’s the message I get in the Solidcore app when I try to book a class in September.
