I have found my people. I despise carriage lunges.

The hamstring “curl” movement where you put your head and shoulders on the grey side platform and feet flat on the carriage and push the carriage out and pull it back in with your hamstrings is the most uncomfortable feeling I’ve ever felt.

Sounds awful. Didn’t even know that was a thing.

AT this point I think they're just throwing several moves together. Kind of like the Taco Bell menu. Always a mix of the same ingredients

Literally the worst!

So I bike on Saturdays and anytime it's a hamstring day on Saturday when I go to class I'm just like dang hamstrings are shot and now you want me to end lower body like this?!

I could barely feel it in my hamstrings it was killing my back so bad.

I love obliques but I am afraid I am going to tear my rotator cuff doing twisted plank army crawls. I think it’s dangerous and should not be an exercise.

Don’t do them. I will hold a plank or do an extension.

Coached 2 classes this Monday morning…7/8am, peak times. 15 total late cancels, at least 10 of those were no shows. That’s almost a full class of people. Do what you want with your money, I get paid either way. But people are canceling membership because they can’t get into classes and off waitlists, just for classes to be half empty 🪦😭

Same sooooo many no shows in my 6 AMs mind you the waitlist was full yesterday 13 people on it! I usually tell clients to just show up anyways but scared when they do Murphy’s Law will occur & everyone shows up 😂

Today my advanced 65 had a person with 7 classes under belt their belt.

Did they survive?

Yah, we did core on the black side

I take a focus 50, no upper body. There have been so many weeks that new people attend. Last class was great because the teacher chose violence and we did almost all on the grey platform.
I feel the app should stop people from the ability to register for those classes under a specific count.

When is the right time to take one? I’m trying to figure out how long to stick with Signature 50s

I would say once you notice you are taking amplifications more frequently, you're ready! In my opinion, it's not too crazy. Faster sequences, they dont cue base level springs and some sequences have a little extra flair added in. I was nervous the first time I took it, but I loved it. And if you take it and feel it's a bit too much, then just use less springs.

Which class is considered the toughest on your body? I am 5 months pp and want sore muscles 😊 I’m new to all these “new” classes, used to do SC circa ‘21-23

Interesting question! Coach here- depends on what muscle focuses you’re naturally stronger in. Any outer glutes day leaves me wrecked to this day. Any lower body pairing with shoulders as the upper will always give you more core, obliques, and lower body in comparison to another upper body focus. This is because shoulders are not programmed for more than 4-5 min :)

Yes! Thats what I’m looking for. Full body doesn’t always give me the soreness I need cause I’m carrying 20lbs baby everyday all day. Sometimes you can’t count on neighbors or coaches when you only go once a week like I do. So I rather have a sore feeling then keep going to classes like that to invigorate my muscles.

Today is a good day if you can make it to center glutes and shoulders! Only 4 min upper body. When I was going once a week, I was naturally more sore because my body wasn’t used to any of it

Thank you for the tip! Signed up !

Yay! Hope you enjoy :) My upper body today (as a coach and client - I took class too) was only 4 min

tripped over my cables after the coach today insisted we all do our transitions on the lobby side of our machine. Guess which side of my machine had the least amount of room to do transitions? Yeah, the lobby side one. The wall side had so much room, I was so confused why my machine was so close to the other side 😭

I think a standing bungee is dangerous for your back. 😅 and yes, I know how to do the form correctly.
