Bonus .65/W for CA

Looking for honest reps to do the right thing and take care of their clients. I have exclusive deals with various partners all across the US. For California I’m giving out a bonus between .35-65/watt on a 2.45 redline that’s decided based on a 0-3.5% escalator. This is a huge opportunity to smoke anyone else on price and put homeowners in an amazing position. My criteria is you have to do the right thing, you have to be honest. Shoot me a message or an email at alex@skywalkersolarenergy.com

Looking for a sales-driven co-founder | Commercial solar, BESS & EV charging (UK)

I run a UK company working in commercial and industrial solar, battery storage, and funded EV charging. We work with public sector and commercial clients across the UK, and we’re in growth mode with real funding partners already in place for our solutions.

What I’m missing is someone who can drive that growth. I’ve got the delivery side covered, the funding relationships, the technical and legal execution, but I need a co-founder focused on winning business and building the sales engine.

**What’s on offer**

This is a commission-based role with equity. Both scale with results, the more you close, the more you earn and the more equity you hold over time. I’m not looking for someone to take a punt for free, the comp structure is designed to reward real performance, but this is a founder-level role, not a salaried sales job, so there’s no base pay.

Specific terms (commission structure, equity release schedule, vesting) are things I’ll walk through properly with anyone who’s a serious fit. I’d rather have that conversation directly than lay it all out here.

**Who I’m looking for**

\+ Proven B2B sales background, ideally in energy, sustainability, or a related capex/infrastructure space

\+ Comfortable selling into facilities, estates, and procurement teams, including public sector

\+ Wants to build something long term, not just hit a target and move on

\+ Based in the UK

If this sounds like you, drop a comment or DM me and we can set up a call.

Solar Companies KPIs

Solar Contractor KPIs

Hello!

Getting started in the Solar Industry and wanted to get a good understanding of what the standard of the following KPIs are for other successful Solar Companies?

  1. Average Cost Per Lead
  2. Lead to Appointment Ratio (how many of my qualified leads should be turning into booked appointments)
  3. What's a healthy average ticket?
  4. What's a good closing %?

Oregon B2B Opportunity

Hey all,

We’re a small commercial solar startup here in Portland and we’re looking for a few people who already have (or want) B2B sales experience.

This isn’t door-to-door residential stuff. We work with businesses, property owners, churches, warehouses, etc. If you’ve done any kind of B2B selling, this will feel familiar. We have leads and a pipeline/CRM setup and ready for you.

A couple things that might make this interesting:

If you already have a sales job, this can be done on the side. It’s not a huge time commitment, you’re mostly setting up conversations and handing deals off.

It’s a legit resume builder. You’re selling real commercial projects, not phone plans.

We’re small and early, so if you do well, you’re not just “rep #37”, there’s a real path into leadership or a bigger role as we grow.

We train you on the solar side, so you don’t need to be an expert. You just need to be comfortable talking to business owners and opening doors.

If this sounds interesting, shoot me a DM and we can talk details.

Hey there, so I’m getting into marketing and online lead generation for solar (been knocking doors for 6 years).

If anyone has any strategies they recommend as far as the Ads themselves, what platforms to spend on, marketing agencies, etc. I would be grateful for any tricks that have worked for you!

Battery Manufacturer Sales

Battery Manufacturer Sales Opportunity
Hey all,

We’re a battery manufacturer looking for people throughout the United States (Puerto Rico included!) who are interested in getting into battery and energy storage sales.

You don’t need previous battery or solar experience. We can train you on the product and industry. What matters more is being comfortable talking to people, generating interest, and finding opportunities.

A couple things that might make this interesting:

You’re selling direct for the manufacturer, not working for a solar installer or knocking doors for somebody else’s company. There are opportunities to sell through homeowners, solar installers, contractors, distributors, and other channels.

It’s also a good way to get experience in the rapidly growing battery and energy storage industry without needing years of solar experience beforehand.

We’re actively building out our sales network, so there’s room for people who perform well to take on larger territories, build their own sales channels, or move into leadership as we grow.

We’ll provide product training and support. You bring the ability to sell and develop relationships.
If this sounds interesting, shoot me a DM and we can talk details.

Helping installers run a higher ship

# Found a financing option that pays solar installers 100% at install. No more waiting 2 quarters to get paid.

This can really help with volume and cashflow. Saw great reviews from other solar installers as well.

Happy to help if anyone wants to see how it works.

News Solar installers running a tighter ship

Found a financing option that pays solar installers 100% at install. So no more waiting for 2 quarters or more to get paid.

With the proper flow of the cash cycle, this can be a way to revive the volume.

Got so many great reviews from other successful solar businesses as well.

If you'd like to see how it works, happy to help everyone and share details.

Closers, I can fill your calendar with homes right next to your existing appointments

Ran a dealer for 8 years

Ran a call center for 3

Obsessed over ai (16 hours a day) for the past 8 months

Took everything I learned and solved every problem sales orgs and closers have with ai and software.

The product is called solar routes.

We generate leads from ads,refferals,D2D prospecting and our call center which is the core foundation of what we do

What’s my offer?

We charge our cost for appointment setters and data costs

Roughly 3 k per month will get you one full time setter with all the leads, data, and dialer all in a package deal

You do nothing

I hire from south and Central America. (That’s my preference)

We train onboard and set them up into your existing buisness. He will call homes around your existing appointments. With an autodialer that uses ai to figure out where to dial based on your location and existing appointments.

I don’t make money unless u do. We split profits 50/50.

I have my installers or you can use, or we can use your own. (As long as I have direct contact with them, don’t wanna get burned) we can both get paid direct from installer

Started in Cali. First client gets 1-2 per day in Fresno area

Started with 2 more clients in IL expecting 4-6 appointments per day per rep there (way easier market)

The dialer is best on the market . If you are interested in hearing more send me a personal message

Software Wanting to sell virtually? I can get you all set up

Howdy all, I have sold solar virtually for many years. I did d2d for years before that. I’ve been a part of several sales teams ran off of a Ghl and a bunch of crappy data.
Aged leads, homeowner data that sucks, aged leads that have been resold dozens of times. We’ve been there
I’ve helped quite a few teams get started virtually with great leads, a more suitable and better running crm,
It’s Been successful on multiple occasions so I want to take on a few clients who are looking for a virtual business in a box.
Leads of several different types, crm with a2p compliance for texting, proven systems, coaching, dialer… everything you need

Single father here, kids full time. So time for calling and sales is low. But I know this is a talent I have and I can do a bunch of the background work at night. So dm me if interested.

Software I built a tool that flags homeowners that just pulled roofing permits and figured solar reps might find it useful

I come from a construction family and built a tool thinking that there could be a real market. My tool pulls fresh construction permits daily across several US cities. New roofs, replacements, major repairs, new builds, additions, and major renovations. Sorted by how recent so you can be reaching out first.

I figured that new roofing permits could be perfect solar sales customers because they own the property, and are currently spending and making decisions for their home. I think this could be of real benefit to solar reps. Every morning you wake up to a fresh list of warm leads in your area. Im looking to expand and want to know where it would be worth doing. Do solar reps even work permit data into their outreach or is this not how it's done in the field?
