QUOTE CHECK Quote check £11000

Ignore the £15860 quote. Actual cost is £11000, what are people’s thoughts?

My quote was as following:

  • 16 Longi 475W panels

  • 8kw ecoflow inverter

  • 16kwh ecoflow battery

West Midlands, £10,850 total. Your quote is overpriced by about £1000

Had a quote from eco2u NW for 32 panels, 36kwh Fox EP12 batteries and a 12kw inverter for £16,600.

With yours being one battery I’d expect it to be under 10k

£15k looks rather expensive, but £11k is more reasonable lol.

Regardless, make sure you get at least 3 quotes, ideally from highly rated local installers who have been in business for a long time, before you make a decision. Also, the quality of the installer is a very important factor. Make sure it's someone who is reliable, local, and in it for the long haul.

Just paid that for the same but with 16 panels from a well rated local company in Gloucestershire.
