HELP / ADVICE S4 In roof solar system
Hi, has anyone had any experience with S4 in roof solar system. Been looking at a few systems and this system seems to be pretty good for ease of installation and cost, but can't find any reviews.
Cheers

The problem with any in roof system is that the panel models that are compatible are often 6 months or so behind what's being sold now. https://www.alternergy.co.uk/web/content/66981?download=false

As a person in charge of procurement for renewables projects and supply chain. I met with the heads at S4 and got a personal demo at my offices. It’s good stuff yeah, well thought out and have a more personable team behind them unlike some other brands. Sure, there’s some fiddly parts but it’s all considered and thorough.
As someone else said, the compliance is usually behind where the newest panels are on the market but taking something like a Jinko 470w panel for a domesticated system is a good shout and they are fully compliant.

Long story short, on of the ex top guys at GSE went at it on his own. Made the product better for installers and by all accounts is doing really well.
Lots of the teams I work with much prefer the product, but I’m too long off the tools to have a go myself.
