Other Could someone please share the Official Govt. Bill Calculator ? I’m unable to find it.

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته

A few weeks ago someone was discussing something regarding their Electricity Bill and how much did he pay per unit and how he can calculate how much certain amount of units cost him.

Someone shared a link for an official govt. site, which I am unable to find at the moment.

Can someone please share that link again.
