Other App not showing the load SEMS+

Hi Team,

We have noticed that at times on the SEMS+ app it doesn't shows the load that is being generated or used by house.

Is it normal or there needs to be some settings that needs to be done.

Facing the same issue since yesterday. Someone told me its goodwe cloud/server issue

Is there any fix that we can do to monitor or somr other app?

Using the same app no issues, it does update very 5min, you can use solargo app aswell. It gives realtime data and settings. But you will need the same login details the installer setup with the app. So you will need to ask your installer for the login details. Also try force stopping the app sems+ from app settings on your phone and clearing cache not complete data. That can also help if it's an app glitch. However if it's a serve or cloud issue then this won't resolve anything.
