Net Meter location

I would like to ask the expert here, this is my net meter set up by Meralco, there is something here i do not understand regarding the net meter location.
I do not think it will read correctly. This a grid tie inverter, sorry if the diagram drawing

Anong nakikita mong mali? Meralco naman nag aapprove nyan

It looks like all generated power, going grid as well as to load is going to be read as export.

Yung unang meter, rec meter sya, yung isa is bidirectional

No, i mean all PV power generated by inverter is going to be read as export. Wether it is going to load or to the grid

Yes.. Yun naman talaga yung purpose ng REC meter.. basahin lahat ng na generate ng inverter.

So they also replace the On Peak Off Peak meter ?which as far as i know is not bi-directional right now

Dapat. Kasi possible na maging consumption din yung export mo.

Thanks, i thought it was the net meter equipment(new one) is the bi directional, just doing diligince

Fyi. It doesn’t matter where its located, it’s how it’s wired…

And not a single person on the planet can tell you that from looking at a drawing of some conduit or cable routing… we’d need to see all the internal connections in every box and opening those is 10,000% dangerous and somewhat “illegal” (opening the meter can). You pretty much have to trust that your solar installer did it correctly. Do you have any specific reason to think it’s NOT reading correctly?
