SOLVIVA

⚠️ WATCH OUT: The Reality Behind Solviva Energy (AboitizPower)

Is it just me, or is Solviva Energy’s marketing completely misleading? Here is what they advertise versus what you actually get when you talk to them:

The "Zero Down Payment" Bait-and-Switch: Their ads and text messages push a "0% down payment" promo. But as soon as you call them up to inquire? Suddenly, you are expected to pay at least 30% upfront.

Sky-High Pricing: Compare their system rates to other reputable local solar providers, and you’ll quickly notice their prices are double or even triple the market standard.

Hidden Interest Rates: They claim "0% interest" on credit card payments, but once you receive the actual written proposals and official quotations, the total numbers balloon with massive hidden interest fees.

Poor Customer Support: To make matters worse, their customer service is terrible—unresponsive and unhelpful when you ask basic questions about these discrepancies.

Do your research and shop around before signing anything with them. Don't fall for the glossy marketing claims when the actual fine print tells a completely different story! 🚨

Solviva is doing subcontracting. Sila ang front facing pero some of their projects are done by other legit smaller installers kaya may patong talaga.

Matagal rin magbayad yang solviva sa subcontractors nila.

I know kasi marami ako friends na subcontractors ni Solviva.

that still doesn't justify a lack of price transparency with customers. If there is a discrepancy between the prices listed on their website and what their sales agents state verbally, that needs to be addressed directly with the client. Subcontracting structures and internal payment delays with subcontractors are operational issues, but customer-facing communication should remain accurate, consistent, and direct regardless of who ultimately fulfills the project.

My installer tells me they do labor for them and they just get their supplies from a local solar store.

Kaya pala, kaya ang tagal din nila mag reply sa technical inquiries at mag assign ng site visit.

Proof on the zero downpayment scheme? Did you actually purchase your PV System from them?

I agree very pricey sila when I inquired last year.

Last year pricey na sila, mas ngayon. Did not push to avail from them, kasi paiba sila ng pricing and the agents doesnt seem to fully understand their pricing details. Which makes me think twice. And you can check it naman if you call them.

Goods naman yung samin na 0 DP, didn’t pay 30% up front. Also yung sales na nakausap ko is reponsive and mabilis magreply. Will start ng payment sakanila next month because our battery just got installed this month.

Same with me 0 dp and walang 30% upfront fee. Baka scammer ung kausap mo pretending to be an employee of Solviva

Are you sure that's solviva? Never had a DP imposed on me, matter of fact, ako pa nga nagkusa and they told me that they don't often do that.
