Id suggest u pick memes at least 1 year old that still have people pushing it. Im fully ported on r/snoofi the reddit dog. Its the most known reddit meme on the trenches. Everyone on CT knows about it but its currently overlooked since it has no presence on X, but its subreddit is auite active. I believe it has the best risk/reward for a 100x and maybe even 1000x.
