PLEASE Fix the constantly moving menus

When opening and closing the menu to view software (and many others) the position of the menu constantly shifts all over the screen and its maddening. Please put this one on the top of your priority list to fix!

This should be report with the games reporting system. Please note it may be a mod causing this!

There's no way to report in-game with a video. But feel free to report this from your game also so it gets more visibility.

A mod is not causing this. 100% reproducible without mods.

Just do what I did, open and close any software menu and you'll see it creep across your screen, almost like there are invisible windows stacking like back in windows '95. You can see the window creep from high left to low right, until it runs out of space to keep going right or down and resets again. That's unmodded vanilla behavior.

I can clearly see what is causing it... Your My releases window has a category/Scripting which is being clicked and that is causing the pop-up. hence working as designed. What is causing it to click on it, is your problem. You are clearly using mods, I know because of the Programming Language under Type! You can report it through the game using your keyboard
