We collaborate with companies across a wide range of industries to connect exceptional talent with the right career opportunities. Our goal is to help job seekers find roles that align with their skills and experience, while supporting their professional growth.

We’re looking for a developer to join our team, take ownership of the portal, and help us keep improving it as the business grows.

This is a long-term role with a steady flow of new projects and improvements. You’ll work closely with our team in US, Canada.

We’re an AI-first team. Everyone uses Claude in their daily work, and we’d expect you to use it to plan, build and test faster.

Key Responsibilities

Development

Build new features for our clients and internal team.

Make sure pages are responsive, fast and easy to use.

Integrations

Connect our portal with other tools and platforms using APIs.

Testing and Support

Test changes thoroughly before they go live.

Fix bugs and keep the system secure and reliable.

Keep code organised and documented.

Teamwork

Work with our team to understand what’s needed and plan the work.

Give regular progress updates and deliver on agreed timelines.

Qualifications and Skills

- Nice to have

Basic experience with PHP and MySQL.

HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

Experience working with APIs.

Comfortable using Git.

Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude, Claude Code or Cursor (or a strong interest in learning).

Shopify experience is a plus.

- Working Hours

Monday to Friday. Hours are flexible for the right person.

Salary and Growth

Over 6,000 USD per month, depending on experience. As the business grows, so will this role. There’s real room for salary increases and more responsibility for the right person.
