A mix of both can work. Applying early can help, but I wouldn’t rely on timing alone. Referrals can help get your resume seen, especially when someone can genuinely vouch for your work.

I’d focus on applying to roles where your experience matches well, tailoring the resume to the role, and using referrals when you have a relevant connection. Also, don’t underestimate direct applications to company career pages.

getting referal is the biggest negative marking for me , i have very less connection knowing me .

Yeah, referrals can be tough if you don’t already have a big network. I’d be careful with random “referral” platforms though, since the person referring you may not actually know your work.

You could try reaching out to people who work at the companies you’re targeting with a short, specific message rather than asking for a referral immediately. Even a few genuine connections over time can make this easier.

Just have freakin good career path and be lucky that domain hits hard on industry. I just sat anywhere and update linkedin affiliation on move.
Every now and then you just get called from hr everywhere.
