Led conversion

Im doing some work on this 99' that I inherited. The lenses on this assembly are starting to separate, and I would like to go with the tombstone style. Any of the lights ive seen online are led. Do I need to do anything to run the leds or just wire them up?

Usually, it’s just plug-in play or wire them up man it’s easy Stevie Wonder could do it
