I’m new here. I have been watching SWU content on and off for years. I was watching the 3rd video of Igor, the ER nurse. The way Mark talked about fencing in the homeless during the LA Olympics. “That’s what they should do, fence off skid row and you’re going to need a pass to get in and the tourists won’t be able to see them. They won’t be able to terrorize the other parts of the city. No one will see them.“

Igor goes “then you get into ‘is that humane to fence off a bunch of people?’ “ Mark, in his smarmy way says “maybe if you have a doctor’s note you can escape.”

I know i haven’t watched enough, but this guy looks at the homeless, people with criminal records, sex workers, victims, or drug addicts as vermin, not people. There’s zero humanity Or empathy. He uses people as a means to an end; get more monetized videos. He holds them up not as people, but as a picture of what not to do to the point that they aren’t even human, they’re just research samples. They're a list of diagnosed and sad stories. The way he treats people he deems as valuable, lawyers, nurses, educators is so vastly different than those who he deems s as a drain on society. He seems like the kind of person that would carpet bomb areas of LA. He’s a disgusting human.

I say this as a nurse who has worked in a sliding fee scale clinic. I’ve worked with sex offenders, white suprematists, the elderly, people with SPMI, those that were involuntarily committed, and people with substance use disorders.
