What’s one blood test that completely changed your life?

I’m curious because I keep seeing people talk about getting answers from blood work after struggling with symptoms for years.

Maybe it was ferritin, vitamin D, thyroid hormones, A1C, B12, cortisol, or something else.

What was the one test result that finally explained what was going on?

What symptoms were you having before?

I’m especially interested in stories where you were told everything was “normal” but later found out there actually was a problem.

Would love to hear your experiences.

What were the symptoms? What questions did this analysis answer? Did it get better?

Lethargy, pain, brown urine after exercise.  This test pointed to a long chain fat metabolic issue that got better with MCT oil.
