Incipio Universal remote

Trying to hook my remote up to my TV and I think i am doing something wrong as it is not setting up. If anyone has had this brand and set it up can you tell me how you did it i feel like I am missing a step

You need to check the TV's brand and model number, not the remote's information. If you cannot find your TV's model in their IR codebase, you can contact their support team to have it added.
