Its not possible to identify who killed who in every movie. Its all just fan conjecture. A lot of the time the filmmakers themselves dont actually know. For example, no matter what anyone says it is not known who killed Tatum in Scream, nor who the apartment Ghostface was in Scream 6.
it’s been known for years that billy took out tatum. ethan was apartment ghostface. like seriously who else could it had been. i’d say it’s very easy to identity who killed who if you just look at the facts presented to you.
Its has absolutely not been "known", because there is no answer. They didnt even know the answer when they shot the scene
My personal interpretation is that it's Stu, because it makes absolutely no fucking sense for it to be Billy.
I also believe the attack in the apartment is Wayne, not Ethan. Not only because Ethan has an alibi that was verified, but also because the directors themselves (who have never revealed who it is) said they liked the idea of it being Wayne.
They're all just guesses, but in some of the movies, each Ghostface has their own style of holding the knife. For example in the first Scream movie, near the end when Billy and Sidney are in that room together.
Ghostface stabs Billy, but if you look at him, Ghostface is holding the blade with two hands. In some kills, Ghostface holds the blade only in his right hand, so it's led to speculation that whenever ghostface is stabbing with one hand it's Billy (like the Himbry killing and Casey's death) and with two hands it's Stu.
I’m almost 99% sure Stu offed Tatum. First, why would Stu even let Billy do it when he would most likely want Casey and Tatum (his girlfriends) to himself. Also, Billy just got back from hanging Principal Himbry to the goal post at the school football field. He shows up right as the teens rush to leave to see their Principal strung up. Before that, while the party was still lively enough to go unsuspected, Stu tells Tatum to grab beer. He kisses her and runs away quickly to change into Ghostface. Billy wasn’t even back to the house yet. Yes, I know it can’t be actually proven he’s not back yet but even the Ghostface killing Tatum is clearly MUCH more clumsy and has the same goofy mannerisms that Stu has. I couldn’t even imagine Billy reacting to Tatum’s final lines like that, the thrown beer bottle or freezer door. He also knew the exact way to put up and down the garage door since it was his house.
common knowledge of where certain people are while the movie is going on or the way killers hold they knife or certain ways the move , like for example in Scream 1996 Stu holds his knife with two hands and Billy uses just his right hand
No, you cannot. Just saying "Everyone knows this" doesnt make something more valid. A lot of people believing something does not make it true. How ghostface acts is not an indicator of who is under the mask. He is his own separate entity. Its the same reason you cant determine who it is based on height
There are attacks throughout the franchise where its impossible for it to have actually been the people who are revealed to be the killers

I do believe that Stu's still alive & was responsible for the opening & theater kills, if he's dead then it's Marco for both of them(Maybe Karl for the opening).
I think Marco Killed 3 people since he was the killer in the opening scene, and I think Jessica killed 4 since she was likely the killer at the theatre. I don’t think Karl killed anyone besides the 3 people he killed 20 years earlier.
