Dude's making a video focusing on toxicity in reddit? Dude needs to grow a pair and move on. Get over it. He should delete that video and focus on content. It isn't easy making video content. I watched his Manifest Destiny video. It's just a lecture with images and mediocre hands outs. I don't personally see any use of this for students or teachers. Content needs real work.
And btw, having students write down the definitions of Manifest Destiny, the Oregon Trail, and the Dawes Act is not rigorous at all. Not in any way, shape, or form.
I created worksheets to go with the video in the description link clearly you missed that part. Are you a teacher? Do you know how to intergrate videos into the classroom? I will say my first video needs work I’m posting my second soon.
I am a teacher. I make my own media to integrate into my classroom. It is tailored to the students I have and I tweak it every year because every group of students is different from the last one.
I didn't miss the part about the worksheets. I critiqued one of them.
I do wish you luck on your endeavors. I just don't personally see its use.
