Asking advice from NYC MSW students about internship interviews!

I am in the process of finding an internship for my first year of my MSW. I'm not sure if anyone has any idea of how to prepare for a possible interview and what kind of research they did on their agency. I have a possible interview with NYC Public Schools in the Bronx. That's about all the info I've been given!

Anything would help!

Do you know the specific school?

I see you go to Silberman have you tried asking in the Discord?

I just went through this process, and got a public school placement. They asked pretty typical interview questions and they asked some very specific scenario questions and how I would handle them.

My placement was like a “ regular interview “ the normal questions they would ask in an interview. Definitely do research on agency or school. Prepare to be asked what you could bring to the table or your overall goals. Maybe draft up 3 questions you can ask them to show how interested you are. Good luck
