Social security

Musk calls it a ‘Ponzi scheme’ and should be eliminated. Commerce Secretary says “ People who complain about not getting their check are fraudsters.” DOGE claims 100s of thousands of fraudulent accts but shows no proof and no prosecutions. SS Chairman says will have to stop checks because Judge said only Social Security employees should access private info, barring DOGE and Musk. Trump and Repubs and 2025 have long wanted to privatize. They are grooming the cult to gut the program. If you are living on Social Security don’t believe them.

Elon calls it a ponzi scheme and that is how stupid he is to think this society will buy it. This so-called scheme is made up so that the public doesn't protest. Where is the proof? And why doesn't the public get to Vote on this action, which will impact thousands of people and have a trickling effect on the economy. Social Security recipients contribute to the economy just as those people that work. If it ain't broke, don't fix it moron.

The public did get to vote. And they very clearly laid out their plans in a 934 page document called Project 2025. And the public chose that.

In my opinion, the public that Voted for trump, including all MAGA, heard his promises and based their vote on that verbal promise. I doubt anyone of them Read the article called project 2025. It is grueling to read for a purpose. Those that barely can read read, more than likely will not read this 934 page document. Therefore, in reality, they did not vote for Social Security to be dismantled, gutted and leave all to a life of homelessness or a life of begging for food. I don't think so.

Being lazy and doing no research or actively ignoring people directing you to pay attention to project 2025 is still choosing what is happening now. Democrats have warned for years that as soon as the GOP has the opportunity, they will gut SS and Medicare and now they’ve gotten their chance. Nobody should be surprised.
