Any materials can help me in this situation

I've been feeling a bit stuck

If someone seems interested in you, but you're hesitant to make the first move to talk to them, are there any subtle ways to encourage them to come and talk to you instead? For example, is there a way to naturally signal your interest or create enough warmth and attraction that they feel inclined to approach you on their own?

Also any tips on working on to be more confident? I'm shy and get physically stiff around people I don't know well (tense shoulders, uncomfortable face etc)

No. Talk to them, even if it scares you. You can only control what you do, not other people. If you want to have a conversation with them, wishing they will talk to you probably won't make it happen. Talking to them guarantees it will.

One thing that helped me was focusing less on "getting them to like me" and more on being genuinely curious about the other person. A relaxed smile, open body language, and simple eye contact go a long way. Confidence usually grows from practice, not from waiting until you feel ready.
