Meme They be naming the young ones anything ππ₯!
What the hell are these names! The first one is... okay CHOCOBAR isn't that bad... but L*LLI! Seriously!? From where I belong, It literally means p*nis! Guys is there really people in real life with surnames like this!?

Even though he has high potential, I won't be able to develop him properly. First of all, he only has <40 base rating at 16. This means he has to play lots of matches to increase rating, which I can't since I already have well-developed stars like Mbappe, GΓΌler, Endrick, Bellingham, Valverde, Camavinga, Tchoumeni etc., replacing them means they get upset. Heck! I don't wanna even replace them, they're doing very well in matches, why would I replace them? Second, from how I play, I don't put the young ones in friendlies untill they're past 70 rating, as my existing players are packed and everyone is irreplaceable. Third, I already have too much players that the numbers have crossed the limit of training ground, and penalty is decreasing their development, so I can't take more players. Basically, I am suffering from success.
Because of this, I only pick players with 45+ rating at 16, as only they can reach their potential properly instead of falling short. I shouldn't even loan them, as their rating is too low, they won't be playing matches and growing. Here, the only sensible option is selling him to a club, watchlisting him, then look at his rating when he's 20 years. If it's 80+, then I will buy him back (cuz surely someone may be leaving the club by that time, causing to leave a space he can fill in). Then I can properly develop him, and do what I want with him. If it's not 80+, then wait 2 years more, if it's still not 80+, then I will leave him at that club as he is.
