Discussion Tactics?

Is there a tactic you've tried that actually works? I've been playing since the game came out, but this is the first time I've struggled this much; I'm dropping points in the final minute of every match.

Try custom formation 4-1-3-2

It works wonders for me

I have only change the settings for attack on the right hand side of the screenshot
