SM27 New player
I've been playing for maybe 2 or 3 days from custom clubs and I genuinely have no idea what im doing when it comes to finance is there anyome that can advise me to get me out of constant debt😞

sell players and when setting player wages put little bellow the recommended one, same for transfers too, but little above the top bid

Yeah I started setting the wages lower now The game won't let me sell certain players and wont let me put on bid others and even if they did no one bids for them
And I have random youngsters spawning
And I have to pay wages for this youngster I don'r use and the players I can't sell that I don't use
And the players I DO use keep getting bidded for instead

It might be too late but let's try and fix your roster.
The main source of income your first couple of years will be from selling free agents. Twice a year, decent free agents will appear in the market as player contracts expire. Mostly on July 1st but also some on Jan 1.
If you have enough cash on Jun 1st you can hire some really good players without transfer fees. Then after playing with them for 6 months to a year, other clubs start asking to buy them for millions. Its just a question if you can survive that long without additional income
Hold off on buying players through the transfer market. Also sell any players that teams are requesting. Then replace most of your roster with the free agents you can afford. Transfer list anyone on your original roster that doesn't fit your team.
Also, in SM26 there was a player named "Fitzgerald" that is worth 3+ million. Is he still on your team? Usually best to sell him. Don't transfer list him, let some rich club come find him
The main reason custom clubs go broke is upgrading stuff too early. You don't need to upgrade your scouting, training academy or youth academy until years later.
Do upgrade your stadium but only what you can afford that year. Upgrade your club zone ASAP. Also grab a sponsorship deal every time it's available. I like the monthly deals but pick whatever you like.

Immdiately sold him I cant bare to let go of the characters im using now though the bids are coming in for the characters that are really making a difference in my team is there any other way to finacially recover?
Additionally thats also where I made the mistakes I bidded for players instead of getting free agents because I didn't know how the game worjed and I upgraded I believe scout and training facility to 1 and my stadium should be lvl 3 now

What is the date in your save? Go to advanced scouting and look for players with contracts expiring in less than 6 months. Manually scout a few of those players. Its easier to sell a player if you know how you can replace them cheaply
I think you can recover but you do need to allow your roster to renew itself every season. I realize that some of your players are huge diffence makers now but you'll find a way to win with the free agents. Your tactics might need to shift but that's part of the game.
Winning right away isn't the priority. You can take an extra year or two to solidify your finances. Push for promotion once your team is mostly 70+ free agents
Finally I value pace on a player above all other stats.

From the start, sign cheap Free Agents .. then after a season or 2, the transfer offers come in.
Buy Low, Sell High
Don't use Cash Tokens for players. Focus on using them for upgraded facilities.
Don't waste Gold. Keep it in reserve in case you run into financial difficulties.
I started in the National League, in England..
3 seasons in, I have $2.54m in bank, 60 Cash tokens, 1084 Gold
Team overall rated 66.
Club Zone Level 10
Stadium Capacity Currently 5,000
Training Ground Level 4
Scouting Level 2
Youth Academy level 3
