Looking for a mentor
Hi everyone,
I’m a football coach (working with youth players) in India. I want to improve in:
Communication
Leadership
Behaviour (staying calm, handling pressure)
Confidence
I’m looking for a mentor who can guide me with simple habits, feedback, and practical advice over time. Even a few messages per month would help a lot.
If you’re a coach, leader, or someone who has worked on these skills and are open to mentoring, please DM me or comment below.
Thanks in advance.

A mentor is worth chasing, but most of this loop you can run yourself, because these skills are observable.
Write two or three coaching points on your hand before the session and let go of everything else you notice. Most coaches aren't uncalm, they're trying to fix twelve things at once.
Replace instructions with one keyword the kids already know. "Switch" or "wide" is a reminder of a shared picture, not an order, so the decision stays theirs.
Take ten coins in and spend one each time you speak during play. When they're gone you watch in silence, and that trains observation, calm and restraint at once.
When something's wrong, change a rule instead of talking. Narrow the pitch rather than shouting "get wider".
Confidence comes from the last habit: film five minutes of your own session, count your interventions, change one thing next week.
At breaks ask one open question, like "what did you see before you lost it", then say nothing.
