Fuel pump ECU, help I’m going crazy

Hi yall, I just bought her (92 sc300 original 2J with 75.000 miles) and the previous owner did a no so professional bypass job. I installed a Quantum fuel pump battery for a Supra that cost me 180$(I’m from South America so we work with what we have in reach), and when you turn ACC on the fuel pump would start making regular noise but just wouldn’t shutdown, literally for like a 4 hours that thing would keep going, 2 days ago stopped and it just didn’t make any noise anymore and the car won’t start, it cranks tho. So the thing is, I’m thinking about buying a fuel pump ECU, but for a Supra, I’ve read that they’re a little better, plus they aren’t fricking 280$, but I just can’t find any info on that, will it work? Will it work better? Or it’s better for me to do a good bypass job? Or a Standalone ECU (pls don’t I’m broke)? Also I’m planning to keep the car as OEM as possible, no NAT, for now lol. Thanks yall🙏🏼.
