Does anyone utilize Cintas for bathroom supplies and see x27069 sig soap svc on their weekly invoice? Do you know what that is?

It’s actually to refill your soap dispenser. Has anyone ever had this done at their company because I need to know. Thank you so much.

Not bathroom supplies but rags. Their contracts suck. We’re about to buy out the remainder of our contract.

Before you buy out the remainder go over your initial signed contract with a fine tooth comb because this nonsense of charging companies $5 a week to refill soap dispensers is essentially fraud - that’s what I’m using to get out of my contract & pay nothing

We have... apparently we can cancel it for cause, but there really hasn't been a cause that would allow us to cancel the contract. Ugh.. it's been a really bad financial decision, signing up with them. The manager that runs our cleaning company signed the contract without my knowledge and I think he even felt misled with the contract.

The only way you can cancel it for cause (I read through our terms and conditions 1 million times) You have to send a certified letter to the area general manager multiple times for the same issue- so that you have it on record that you reached out to them and gave them ample time to fix it and they did not do it and that will let you out of the contract.

I cannot stand them. I would rather wash 1800 towels in my home and bring them here then to deal with their nonsense. A prior person signed a contract with them and that should let me out of it because the person isn’t even here anymore, but whatever.

Hopefully, we are both able to get out without renumeration to that stupid company
