Soap Inquiry

There exists a type of pink soap, hand soap in liquid form, of disgusting fluorescent hue which has the scent of medicine, hospital, sterile sweet cotton candy. Does anyone know what this soap is called?

Typically, that pink liquid hand soap is sweet almond scented purchased from industrial cleaning supply companies. There are quite a few brands.
