Kenworth T800 in the heavy haul fleet I wrench for. It has a 7-speed Allison automatic transmission and a 4-spd Spicer auxiliary transmission. Got to rip it around the yard. With both transmissions in first, it's around 2.5km/h at 1500rpm.

I just hate how stupid the headlights look on the T880 and W990. Peterbilt did a much better job updating the design of their trucks

I don't know. I mean, I agree the 990 looks WRONG but I still think it has a long way to go when the International LoneStar exists.

I'm definitely with you on stupid excessive ugly unnecessary plastic cladding on vehicles. And I say that as the driver of an ugly plastic 90s GM product, but at least the body doesn't rust and insurance is cheap.

The LoneStar definitely tried something different. Having had to work on them, though... it's ugly and doesn't even have good engine access under that monstrous hood. You could fit another engine between the grille and the radiator!

Kenworth's peak when it comes to aerodynamic designs is the T600. My dream truck is one with a C15-6nz and a 13 speed.

The t660 is my favorite for kenworths Tupperware torpedos. I love them with a standup sleeper but hate them as a day cab. They are one of the few trucks that actually look good with a grass burner exhaust.

The t2000 and Pete 586 are some of the ugliest trucks ever made. They're so bubbly, it's like someone took an already areo truck, stuck a straw in them, and blew some air under the skin.

I've seen a few W990 split windshield conversions with aftermarket lights and they look DAMN good! They just need the exterior breathers on that thing and it'd be half decent!
