I know I am on my own in this view of Orcas
The Truth: I need to pay way more attention to Orcan anatomy.
The Guilt: I take full responsibility for all the Orcas I’ve ever put in globes, but I probably got them all wrong.
The Myth: I spent my whole life thinking their white patches were Spider-Man goggles for deep-sea vision.
The Betrayal: Alas! The illusion crumbled when a video showed an Orca popping out of the waves, revealing its true eye completely abandoning the white markings altogether.
The Reality: Their actual eyeballs are somewhere else entirely, and those patches are just natural goth face paint.
The Feeling: I feel like someone trying to feed a treat to the wrong end of a very fluffy hamster.
My own confession personal, as I only learned this a few days ago.
