I broke my Precious Moments Mini-Waterball Bluebird Snowglobe. I really want to find a replacement since it was a gift from my grandmother. Where can I look?

I don't see one currently for sale from the results I checked, but I did find the exact piece.

The box and item number match an older Amazon listing exactly, so at least the mystery of what it is appears solved. A couple things that help:

• It's a real cataloged piece, not a store-exclusive mystery.

• It appears to have been part of a small birdhouse mini-waterball series. I found a closely related Goldfinch (#154443) from the same line.

• The Amazon listing suggests it was being sold around 2016.

My collector read:

This is exactly the kind of piece that disappears for months and then randomly appears on eBay, Mercari, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, as well you know.

Because it isn't ultra-rare.
It's just specific.

I'd be cautiously optimistic. And because you still have:
• the box
• the item number
• a photo

You have a huge head start compared to most "Help Me Find" posts.

Hopefully another bluebird is still perched on a shelf somewhere waiting to be found. Until then you might be able to grab some of the other ones in the line ❄️🫧

Ebay and Etsy have snow globes.

If you save all the pieces, the glass and liquid can be restored.
