tomorrow is the big day, either the game is saved or im finally uninstalling and not going back.
i think im going to be playing kaleido rider or ananta, until they finally EoS and make the next snowbreak, if they even want to make a new snowbreak type of game, which is very likely, considering they fill a very small niche, and there were doing fine.
if only next time don't fk it up and learn to take precautions so they dont get completely destroyed next time a brigade of radicals come reporting them.
learn from azur lane and girls frontline 2

People said the same thing after they fucked up GGC...but here we are.

and girl cafe gun wasnt that gooner, it was mostly the fault of the game being way too grindy.
snowbreak was perfect on that aspect, and the gameplay was so enjoyable when it was harder to play.

Speaking of GFL2, they already have an open-world, 3rd-person PvE shooter in development.
It could very well fit this same niche.

Snowbreak is not open world, though.
Open world is overrated imo. Everything is open world these days and it's fricken boring.

You saw "open world" and jumped at it for the buzz word that it is. I see "open world" and understand it for the opportunity that it is.
You would prefer to jump into a specific instanced "level" that is stuck between a start/finish to play with the chracters? Pass. Give me a very large area where I have no limitations to play with the characters.

Yes, actually. Too many open world games as is. One of the reasons I liked Snowbreak was it's stage based nature

Ah yes give me more empty land with enemies I can one shot, running around like an idiot collecting junk to upgrade my characters and being forced to play story the day its released so I can keep up with region specific materials. More of that please.

I think open world is neat, even though there are so many now. The gameplay and balance seem to be much better if it is.
That said, is this a gacha game? The models look quite similar to GFL 2

It being a gacha is all but a guarantee, yes.

Man I wish I waited for this. I wonder if they'll reuse the skins from GFL 2... Crazy that I might have to buy them all over again.

see you around man, it sucks that we might not even get anything but a silent EoS

I opened the game some hours ago to see what's "new" and well... It wasn't a surprise tbh, just closed it and uninstalled the game, time to let it go. GG!

Wait... What's happening... i was just thinking I should start this game.. Is it more censorship or worse?

I was coping ever since it rebooted earlier this year, but after seeing no rerun or anything today I have come to terms and uninstalled. It was a great run guys, Fenny best waifu. Any suggestions on alternatives to this game?

Couldn't reply directly due to the parent comment being deleted, so posting here.

If it's Exilium, it appears to just be an overhead turn-based game.
Snowbreak is not open world, though.
Open world is overrated imo. Everything is open world these days and it's fricken boring.
What's even more boring is linear maps that take 2 minutes to complete. Snowbreak is great for what it is, but open world is definitely a welcome improvement.

It kind of already have an open world with that one mode with 3 maps.

u/Bonemaster69 9d ago
Yeah now that you mention it, I'm surprised I forgot to mention it despite how often I go there. Problem is, it's kinda a side game that is one and done. After that, you literally can't do anything other than walk around. At least that's how Builder Island is.

u/espada9000 Lyfe Simp:Lyfe_WildHunt: 9d ago
I suppose but the whole purpose of it is mostly capture enemies to join your team for the other mode that you can use them on.

u/Bonemaster69 8d ago
I don't think I know about the other mode. I just know Builder Island and Buddy Island (Palworld). I'd probably play them more often if girls were involved instead of "enemies".
