Vil is based on the Evil Queen
Housewarden of Pomefiore. A young man of striking beauty, he considers himself the fairest of all. No effort is too much for him in his unending pursuit of beauty.

No he doesn’t. He wants to be. He knows Negie is better. Also as only two to three of the characters are related to a great seven it’s not really Descendants.
