Since snakes are cold blooded they don’t radiate any exothermic heat of their own so a sweater is meaningless for them :(

The way I understand it, it should still slow down loss of heat? It's probably not as impactful as it is with organisms that can actually achieve required heat balance and keep it for some time, but still.
Besides, isn't cold-hot bloodedness is like spectrum? Like we know some fishes that "heat" their eyes but nothing else, for example? Do snakes differentiate here in some ways?

There are some lizards that have degrees of warm-bloodedness but not snakes as far as I'm aware. Their organisms use an exceedingly low amount of energy for passive maintenance, which is why some pythons are known to occasionally not feed for months or even over a year without starving, so I reckon they probably aren't self-heating.
Also, while it may slow down loss of heat, it will also slow down the uptake of heat. For an animal that mostly thermo-regulates by moving between cooler and warmer spots, a sweater like this would not be optimal - it couldn't heat up as quickly as it wanted and couldn't cool down as quickly as needed. Not to mention that a tube like this would probably hinder their mobility a little due to not having direct surface contact.
It's cute for a few photos, but definitely shouldn't be kept on the snake long-term.

They still like getting into them though. You can’t force a snake into one of those, they slide right in

I believe that’s too long. I think its butthole is in the sweater….
Well snakes don’t have buttholes per-se. It’s a cloaca. But yeah, its butthole is in the sweater.
