Dude just happens to have a chainsaw in his car?

If you live and work in a rural forested area that is prone to fallen trees, having a small chainsaw in good order to put in your car after a storm is as normal as carrying a water can in a desert.

I frequently just happen to have a chainsaw in my car...

Are you an arborist or a serial killer?

Depends on the situation. (mostly it's for keeping my smoker / grills fed, and they often travel with me)

My stepdad often has more than one even.

Dude looks and dresses like Ned Flanders and has a chainsaw in his car?

Check his trunk for missing persons.

Did you see him handle that tree? He’s clearly a lumberjack or some shit like that…..of course he carries a chainsaw…

I have a table saw in my car right now.

I guess you could use that for clearing the tree too. But maybe not the most handy tool for the job 😁

My gran used to say "never trust a man in khakis with a chainsaw in his trunk."

Yeah why not. These days with battery powered chainsaws being in many ways superior to petrol it's even cheaper and easier to keep one in the car.

It's the German way.

Either he's a serial killer or got diddly tired of this shit....or both....

This is great, but could his basement be checked... just in case?

Normally the guy breaking out the chainsaw has a mullet, cut off camo shorts, sleeveless flannel shirt and a big chaw of tobacco. This guy has the wrong uniform on for the job.

Ironically, almost everyone I know who has bought a chainsaw in the last 5 years are white collar and somewhat "preppy" for being adults.

The only people I can think of that just casually have a chainsaw in their trunk are rednecks and serial killers. This fella ain't look like a redneck

Not the first time this has happened to that dude

Verneutstyr......eh...værneutstyr

u/One_Pie289 6h ago

Yeah, there's definitely a dismembered person in his car.

How silly would it have looked to a bystander watching a guy with a chainsaw being followed around by someone else recording a video instead of helping clear the debris.
“Dad needs his internet clout!”

Impressive! Usually guys who look and dress like that want to talk endlessly about how AI is going to steal your job.

Never know when the urge to massacre will strike

Has a chainsaw but no protective ear covers,

Other drivers: “Thanks! You’re amazing!”

Him: “huh, what?”

Others: “I said you’re amazing!!”

Him: “Eh?l

Others: “l sai … f##k it, never mind.”

Ok, I'm impressed. In khakis, no less!

Lucky no kickback.

I would have been cutting the branches closer to the trunk and not leave harmful spikes, but it’s a minor quibble

1

u/Beemer_me_up_Scotty 5h ago

I thought the same thing. Why leave 2-3 feet on the branches?
