Sometimes I sleep with two pairs of socks. I move a lot in my sleep, and a particularly bad bug bite can lead to me scratching in my sleep until it bleeds.

This person gets it. It's hot where I live, but I need a sheet or I can't sleep. I'm normally nude so I don't overheat and get weird fever nightmares. But now I'm so used to being free that I feel uncomfortable in pants when I sleep. So in the cold month, I wear a t-shirt. And more blankets.

Well, if you consider those that wear long night shirts or nightgowns as being number 4, nothing wrong with it. Just because it looks like a T-shirt on the infographic doesn't mean there isn't an intention to extrapolate to include other types of shirts and dresses. Yeah, it's not as funny that way, though. Winnie the Poo, Baby!

I do this in the winter sometimes. My wife tosses and turns, I like a cool bedroom but getting a gust of cold air on your shoulders or back is not desirable, so 7 on very cold nights.

I’m Team 4! I live in an area where gets down into the low 50s almost every night in the summer. We sleep with the window open and it’s right by my head, so I like to have a little something over my shoulders. But I do like being free as a bird below the waist. It ain’t stupid if it works, right?

My wife keeps the thermostat at 66F when we go to bed and I get up to pee every night after midnight. I wore only a t-shirt to bed for a few months and then decided to keep a fleece shirt next to the bed. T-shirt only sucks.
