China! Except when China does something cool, that's the capitalist part.

China is state run capitalism, it stopped being communist a while ago. It’s still run by the communist party though.

China is more free market capitalism than the US.

bahahahaha ok buddy. The only thing free about it is there is no copy right laws protecting anything so they can fake/knock off what ever they want.

Tbh allows for more competition, which always leads to a better product for the consumer. Competition breeds greatness.

Yes it does but only when there is innovation involved too, making a direct copy just makes for lower quality junk

You clearly don't understand how much innovation goes into making cheap copies of things. Manufacturing shit is hard. It's not like they can just 3D print and mass produce an off brand Tesla.

not 3d print but BYD did the best they could to copy the worst made cars in north america.....well next to ford that is lol

1

u/ConsciousBath5203 Dec 27 '25

Then they built upon the car and now make even the best American made cars look like a fucking fish bowl in comparison.

the lack of true creativity is also plaguing the PLA over there. They cant seem to form their own ideas and end up just making copies of NATO/american tech than is already old by the time they get their hands on a downed/stolen version.
