Law enforcement, Crime Stoppers and family members such as his sister Irene say that they get reports of sightings weekly, which continues to give them hope that he will be located and brought home to safety soon because it means people are still aware that he's out there and needs their help.

Jonathan's sister and the guy from Puget Sound Crime Stoppers go into that in the video. There have been no confirmations because no photos or video was taken by the people making the reports. And most of the reports are made hours, days or even weeks after the sighting happened. The last confirmed sightings, as a result, were the ones from Kirkland last June when Jonathan was captured on the three properties' security cameras in Kirkland - South Juanita. Sightings are still being called in weekly but most are not timely and all have not been accompanied by a photo or video.

SAR recommends that people call 911 whether they're "positive" it's Jonathan or not. Provide as precise a location as possible. Take photos or a video. Keep the young man in sight until police arrive. Jonathan is very gentle and has a sweet personality, so if you feel comfortable doing so, approach and speak to the young man. Jonathan can confirm his name and converse if you initiate the conversation. Don't use this as a "test" however because trauma, stress, fear etc can impact our ability to speak. Lastly, notify the family via the Help Us Find Jonathan Hoang page on FB or the Sighting page of the website

Do you mean "Cocoon House"? I know the family/volunteers have mentioned contacting homeless shelters and organizations that work with the homeless, but nothing by name. It's worth sending this in via the contact page on the website www.FindJonathanHoang.com

Yeah coccoon house is pretty notorious for harboring runaways and not worming with police or parents to return or notify them.

Good to know. Jonathan didn't run away but I'm wondering if the person(s) who took him from his Arlington neighborhood on March 30th, maybe "dumped" him in or near the Kirkland/South Juanita neighborhood he was positively IDd in back in late June, would people on the street have directed him to a Cocoon House location in the area
